Demanding review of ETH302S assignment results/better service

This module has been slacking over the last two years. Some students have had to do this module more than once. Assignment 2 results are never available before examinations and if they are there is no feedback on the assignments. Majority of students receive results between 15-37%. Lecturers are slacking when marking these assignments. This affects all students registered for this module. We receive no response from the lecturer when we email him and he never answers his phone. There is no support system from the lecturer at all and this is unacceptable as we are paying student.
