Demand an end to the Harrasment and mental abuse of an individual

Several tenants in our Mobile home community have been extremely harassed children included by one individual for several years, the law has been involved in a lot of these incidents without doing anything to the individual but usually the other party. It is time we come together as a community and take a stand to this individual and have her removed from our neighborhood so that no one will have to fear her ever again!
