Put all Rapist in jail.

This petition is to make sure that not only that Logan Michael Osborne ends up in jail, but to make sure that Rapist, petifils, and anyone who commits sexual harassment, be it male or female will end up in jail because, THEY'RE BREAKING THE LAW.
