Demand action on dogs who harm/kill other animals and their owners to face charges!

After dogs broke into the garden where our pet dog Murray was, they mauled him to death. The police, dog warden & RSPCA gave little interest and these dogs where allowed to return to their home and roam around. No repercussion was brought to the dog's owners who themselves showed no remorse or apology. The dogs live near a school nursery and in a small village. We demand something is done about animals like these rather than wait for them to attack a child/person. We also fully believe their owner's should face serious repercussions as it is their influence that has created the animals to be dangerous and unsafe.
