Ban the Book! Respect and Privacy for Victims of Crime

We are trying to have the book 'Wedderburn' by Ms Cuskelly, removed from sale and all libraries. We gathered support and signatures at the Wedderburn Engine rally on the weekend, and it was suggested that we create an online petition to raise awareness of our fight. The book contains unfounded gossip and rumours and is affecting the lives of those of us left behind. It denigrates our dead and haunts the lives of all of the families who were impacted by the crime.
How can an author morally think it is ok to seek to profit from the pain and misery of our families when they don't have our consent to write it?

Thank you everyone for signing. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who signed my Petition. I don't really know what I can do about the book's existence but I am trying. I will get the message out there that these sorts of books, which are just to exploit the crime and have no reason for being. They are not helpful for any of the families involved; the victims families or the perpetrators families. We are all Victims of this crime.
This author has no regard for the impact on those of us left behind. It should not be in our local libraries!
