Make the drinking age 18

This petition will hopefully bring to focus the underage usage of alcohol to show that younger kids are going to do whatever they want, whenever they want, which is why we're so powerful.

I think that it's time that we lower the drinking age to 18, considering the fact that a lot of college students are 18-years old, and there is a 99% chance that they will end up drinking, and eventually get arrested for it.
