NYPD Sergeant David Grieco nicknamed 'Bullethead' and known for busting into homes without warrants. Had help from the Judicial System with the conviction of Edward Franklin. On March 6, 2017 Edward Franklin was arrested coming out his home. He was questioned by Detective Silva and Sergeant David Grieco at the 75th Precinct. Sergeant David Grieco told Edward if he told him were he can find guns he will release him from the Precinct. Edward told Sergeant Grieco he didnt know nothing about any guns. 10 minutes later David Geieco and his crew raided Edward Franklin home and didnt find anything inside but a fish tank filled with fish. Detective Grieco searched the home for 3 days and came up empty handed. At that time Detective Silva and Detective David Grieco charged Edward Franklin for a alleged robbery of a illegal immigrant Delivery man that did not have legal status in this country. During trial the illegal immigrant stated he applied for a visa during trial. He was given a visa for inconsistent testimony. There was legal proof that could have proved Edward Franklin innocence but the 18B Legal Attorneys will not provide it to the court. I am trying to clear my son name so the TRUTH CAN GET OUT. THERE WAS A PHONE FOUND IN THE DELIBERATION ROOM AFTER THE JURORS LEFT THE ROOM ON 9/28/28 ON 10/24/18 IT WAS MENTIONED IN COURT TO THE JUDGE AND SHE STILL SENTENCED MY SON EDWARD FRANKLIN. UNFORTUNATELY, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS UNFAIR. BY LAW THE CASE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A AUTOMATIC MISTRIAL. I AM SEEKING JUSTICE AND THIS CASE RULED A MISTRIAL.
