PROTECT THE LEBANESE PEOPLE
The United Nations should be true to its purpose and help protect the Lebanese people by helping to remove them from danger.
Since the country of Lebanon neither takes action to remove Hezbollah from their country, nor to protect its citizens from dangers resulting from Hezbollah's actions, we demand that the United Nations step in and remove the Lebanese people from harm's way. By using UN personnel and equipment to remove innocent civilians, the people of Lebanon will be insured safe passage out of dangerous areas.
We the citizens of earth demand that the United Nations actually "organize humanitarian relief" as per its "mission" by taking action to remove innocent Lebanese citizens from harm's way.
The government of Lebanon appears to be incapable, and/or disinterested, in removing Hezbollah from its midst. The Lebanese Government also shows an equal amount of interest/capacity to properly protect, and care for, its citizens in these trying times. As a result of this, the people of Lebanon have been unnecessarily exposed to potential harm from escalating violence between Hezbollah and Israel.
We feel that it is the responsibility of the United Nations to organize and effect this "humanitarian relief" for the people of Lebanon. Using UN personnel and equipment in transportation of innocent civilians will insure that the civilians transported are neither Hezbollah fighters, nor accidentally determined to be such by Israel. This is the only feasible possibility to remove these people from potential harm.
Since the UN touts itself as an "organizer humanitarian relief," it is their duty and responsibility to take this action to protect innocent life in Lebanon.
