International Mother Language Day (21 February) Monument

International Mother Language Day (21 February)
We the following people of Southern California are delighted to be the initiators in organizing the celebration of the INTERNATIONAL MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY, as officially recognized by the UNESCO on November 17, 1999 in their 30th Conference in Paris after voted and endorsed by 188 countries of the world. Language not only communicates, it defines culture, nature, history, humanity and ancestry. Following people are representing many thousands of Bangladeshi American and other residing in Los Angeles and adjacent counties.  This great event is being celebrated on 2.24.2007 at Shatto Recreation Center, 3191 W. 4th. St, Los Angeles, Ca 90020.  People here would like to promote and celebrate this same great international event every year from now on along-with all people of all aspects of life in this same venue. We would need this arrangement to become permanent in nature and a symbolic tower be built in this venue so that the whole event can get a real significant elegance for itself.   All parties may communicate through: www.EkusheyFebruary.com for the time being.
