Unbelievable! A New Jersey judge approved Governor Chris Christie's deal that lets ExxonMobil off the hook for nearly 9 billion dollars it owes for polluting wetlands and waters in North Jersey.

Exxon robbed New Jersey citizens of our waterways and wetlands for too long, and they should pay every dollar to restore wildlife habitats and water quality to what they once were—not taxpayers.

This is a huge setback, but the fight isn't over. Our allies are going to appeal. And if we can back them with massive public support, we'll be even better positioned to win.
