"Demand the freedom to produce Cannabis legally by Medical Marijuana Patients in Pennsylvania! NOW"

I have a painful medical condition with can only be treated with medical cannabis. However the prices at the local medical marijuana dispensary are astronomical and for myself , unaffordable! When the Medical Marijuana program was initiated in PA, it was with the understanding that prices would be reasonable, but they are not! For example, a 1/2 gram of RSO cost $50 at Rise Dispensary in Erie, PA. In my home I can produce the same amount of RSO,(1/2 gram) for approx. $5. There is also a major lack in availability of RSO for purchase by patients at the dispensary. With a law permitting medical marijuana to cultivated small amounts of cannabis at home, dependence upon the dispensaries for a product which is rarely available, way too over-price and can be safely and cheaply made at home!
