Rescind Ordinance Number 2012-1861 An Ordinance Levying an Additional Sales and Use Tax in Athens, A

This tax was imposed on the Citizens of Athens, Alabama without proper public notification and comment by a Lame Duck City Counsel. This petition would ask the sitting City Council Members to rescind this Ordinance and to hold a forum for their individual Districts to discuss this tax increase.
