Tell Congress to protect ALL of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase, before it's too late!
The Trump administration recently finalized plans to drill and mine in former sections of iconic and irreplaceable Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments, sensitive public lands that were, until recently, protected under National Monument status.
This attack puts tens of thousands of archeological sites, Native American sacred sites, and recreational public lands in the hands of private industry to mine, drill, and develop for their own benefit. We cannot lose these incredible sites for a senseless grab at short-term profits.
Sign now and tell your members of Congress to stand up to the administration so ALL of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante will be protected!
Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante are historical and cultural gems that need to be protected in their entirety. Allowing any part of these landscapes to fall into the wrong hands will do permanent damage to Utah's iconic landscape. The grand sandstone buttes of the Valley of the Gods could be irreversibly damaged, the ruins on Cedar Mesa pillaged beyond repair, and the 100 million-year-old sandstone Wahweap Hoodoos forever destroyed.
Your help is urgently needed to stop this land grab. Tell Congress that you want to protect all of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase now!
We cannot allow this reckless decision to go any further. Please raise your voice to help fuel the fight to protect the lands we all love — before it's too late.

RE: Protect ALL of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante
I am outraged that the administration has finalized management plans to open up former sections of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments to drilling and mining. These special places are home to tens of thousands of archeological sites, recreation areas, and striking landscapes that help define who we are as a nation. This decision should not stand.

It is time for Congress to act. Please listen to millions of Americans who love and use our lands by standing up to the administration's decision to sell these lands off for private profit. These unique places benefit all Americans, including future generations. As my representative, I urge you to reverse this decision, and place protections back on ALL of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase so we can safeguard them for years to come.
