Global warming is perhaps THE moral issue of our time since it
impacts all of God's creation and future generations. Scientists now agree that global warming is caused by human
activity and it is imperative for us to act now to avoid catastrophic global warming events.
Right now, Congress is paying attention to global warming and debating proposals to cut our nation's contribution to
global warming. This is great time for people of faith to speak for vulnerable communities who will be most impacted by
climate change and for God's precious species.

Any global warming legislation should promote stewardship of all of God’s creation. Please have a heart and this Valentine’s Day for God’s people and planet.
