Tell Comedy Central: "Amy Poehler Should Host the Daily Show"

Jon Stewart's departure from The Daily Show leaves some pretty big shoes to fill, shoes that can only be filled by one of the funniest people in America: Amy Poehler.

Poehler is a veteran news comic, having ably anchored SNL's Weekend Update for years. Her show, Parks and Recreation, has a rabid following. And she has won raves from critics and fans alike for her co-hosting performances at The Golden Globes.

She would also bring much-needed representation for women to the major late night talk shows, which is exclusively dominated by men.
