As we all know, Officers of the LAW have been using deadly force on unarmed African Americans for decades now. Officers that work in the field daily, experience & see very crucial & violent crimes, which changes the narrative of protecting & serving THE PEOPLE to protecting & serving THEMSELVES. I feel as if officers are trained to be scared of African Americans. I believe, if we can eliminate the dangerous predators in our police forces, we can decrease the number of unarmed African Americans being murdered by officers. I believe these frequent evaluations, counseling's & psychic test will EXPOSE those predators/ officers that aren't suitable to work in the field. I demand for those who are forced to use deadly force be PROPERLY investigated & if not indicted, has to go through the process listed above ONCE a month for 8 months. If indicted, the officer is NOT allowed to RESSIGN because he/she is now a DANGER to our community and can easily go work for another police department in another state or county. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND SERVE JAIL TIME! Just because you're an OFFICER OF THE LAW, does not mean you're exempt from breaking the LAW and FACING THE CONSEQUENCES!
