Even we have thousands of lakes in Finland and big lakes also things should be like in the Utsjoki community. When tourist buy a fishing card he/she must disinfect all the fishing tools and no own boat into Teno River. Here we copeterate with Norway because Teno is the border river and same regulations on both sides. There are always people to row the boat.

That would be the best way to save the lake salmon. But south there they don't have that kind of regulations and here we are now.

Time to time the salmon is hard to make difference between the trout.

The lake salmon is living also in Russia Lake Onega Ääninen), Lake Donega (Laatokka), Vänern in Sweden, In Finland Inari Lake and south in Päijänne.

So we would like to keep it alive in Finland as well Norway, Sweden and Russia; People when you go fishing remember these little notes.
