Improve animal welfare! Dogs drowned in chemicals to prevent fleas and ticks in Juarez, Mexico

Video recently surfaced on Facebook revealing public servants in Juarez, Mexico preventing dogs from catching fleas and ticks by forcibly dumping them underwater in barrels full of chemicals, and this barbaric practice is causing many of these poor dogs to drown! This cruelty needs to be immediately put an end to!
