Petition to have KKK categorized as a domestic Terrorist Organization Unable to Operate

For many years, organizations like the KKK, and neo-nazi have been able to roam free on American soil. Utilizing, the American banner flag and the Confederate flag as a symbol of hate, causing terror.

What the group does:
Instilling hate
Promoting propaganda
Creating turmoil

Well no longer. This petition, we are asking the FBI and other law enforcement, to categorize members of the KKK an American domestic terrorism organization, and any public display of promotion or campaigning an act of terrorism.

Terrorism, like foreign terrorism. As defined by USA laws of war. Since there is no legal code for domestic terrorism. Many of these "Terrorist", continue to roam the country free.

We ask federal, state and local governments to create a felony of up to 30-year minimum term of 10 years in jail. For this particular act of terrorism.
