Teresa Deion Harris is serving life without parole for a murder she witnessed & was committed by Walter Smothers. She was convicted under the Felony Murder Rule, a 16th Century Law deemed unconstitutional and abolished in every country except for the United States. In the majority of the States, it has either been abolished or amended however it still exsists in Tennessee without any much needed amendments. Deion has been in prison for 19 yrs already. She is a good, loving, Christian woman & has spent the past 20 years incarcerated. Since Deion's arrival at the Tennessee Prison for Women, she has maintained a 100% Disipline Free Record.
