Ask the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong) stop putting down animals

On 22 January 2015, HKSPCA had caught a dog in Kwai Chung District,Kowloon, Hong Kong, because the dog had no chip inside, HKSPCA held the dog in the shelter, Hong Kong Animal Volunteers had found its owner, but HKSPCA rejected to return the dog to its owner and the volunteers.

On 29 January 2015, the volunteers were noticed by the newspaper reporter the dog was euthanized due to so called agressive behaviors. We urge Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong) can cooperate with Hong Kong people to rescue the aniamls and stop putting down cat ,dog and other animals , in order to imrpove Hong Kong animals welfare system rather than just putting down the animals!
