TOXIC to humans label Icon (personal care items)

This petition is the result of reading the following: 15 Toxic ingredients in personal care. By Mel, from Natural Solutions magazine 11/09/2009.

Suggest a strong Icon on product labels that list Toxins within.  People can still purchase items but should be made aware.  It's not enough to just list ingredients (that no one understands).  This would be along the lines of some household chemicals marked as Dangerous.
