Make united Social e-Educational System in Addition to Existing educational systems of the world!

Nowadays, for many people everything indicated below is like unrealized dream, which is like castles in the air:
1. To define and evaluate One`s Own Inborn Abilities and Capabilities,
2. To develop them with the help of the best educators and tutors,
3. To efficiently choose the right profession and get a decent job,
4. and thus, thanks to all the above, to become successful!
Anyway, new information technologies make it possible in the year of 2012, to realize such dreams, to provide EVERYBODY with opportunities to get very QUALITATIVE education (the desirable, according to the person`s wishes and demands).
To achieve this goal, we suggest to build-up a social e-educational system (SES) which will include:
1. Video materials of the professional educators and scientists along all educational subjects are to be arranged and presented as a single whole and full material interrelated and systematized by the help of the notions in the order of their showing up: from "the known" towards "the new";
2. Provide everyone with the possibilities to learn along from these materials following individual programs which are automatically and in the recommended sequence filled up with video (lectures, practical studies, educational games, forums, and the like). An individual program will be developed by the system on the basis of the results of the comparison of the knowledge which has the person willing to study (it is defined by testing), and the knowledge which he/she wants to get and to master.
3. The level of gratitude and of reward for the teachers participating in the SES will take into considerations their talents and diligence, which will be determined by the demand for their study materials.
It is suggested to sign the petition for the necessity to develop such social educational system (www.sesystem.org) and place it in the Internet, that will give us, our children and grandchildren free of charge, possibilities to reveal and to develop their abilities by choosing the teachers they like from among those who are the best in the world, to get qualitative education and to secure a deserved position in the society.

Up to the present time, at least, it depended much of that. Understanding Your status and influence, evaluating the present state of matters, we appeal to you for support.

The states of their birth where they remain to live on, and the states whereto some went away -- then there vanish the problems of integration into the new society because the way of life, the behavior of the new comers and aborigines become close, the values -- common to all mankind.
You can publicly express your concern and really change lives of citizens, participate in the creation of Social Educational System, to set up a national organization to participate in the international exchange of education video materials.
