 conduct war crimes trials for Bush and Hillary (authoring/voting for/sanctioning occupation [not "war" - never declared so that they could torture and places like Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib could take place])
 
If clinton/bush are found guilty of violating the genocide convention implementation act of 1988 (http://www.1851treaty.com/) for the genocide by u.s. in Iraq for Iraqi oil, the punishment is life and million dollar fine.
