Give the Tax Payers full account of the $ 700 B bail out

we the people need to know everything from "soup to nut" of this bail out plan. Please do not use the "fear" factor again to manipulate our future and children. We cannot give you a blank check! We do not want "master of the universe" to profit from tax dollars. Stop and think through before taking us into this path!we are sick of lies and "scary" techniques that have been used to advance interest of certain segment of the people. Let the market decide the course of action. Don't intervene! If you want please put this $ 70 Billion into the retirement, health care and education.
