Grants to help people that don't qualify, but still can't afford college

I have always had to rely on grants to get through college and now they tell me that I make too much money. I believe I make just enough to be put in this category, but I still don't make enough to pay for my own college. I believe that grants for prison inmates to go to college should be put to a stop because a lot of people are doing things to go to prison just so they can get a free education while people like me are forced to choose between affording groceries or going to college. Please sign this petition so we can right this wrong. Thank you
We the undersigned believe that honest, hardworking people deserve grants to go to college more than people who have committed a bad enough crime to end up in prison as they will always be cons, murderers, and rapists no matter how much education you give them. We are upset that such in injustice has occured in our country that honest, hard-working people are out there working two jobs just so they can pay for living expenses and school. While numbers may say we are middle-class, with the cost of living steadily rising our paychecks barely stretch from payday to payday, much less pay to go to school so that we can better ourselfs and maybe be able to enjoy life a little someday rather than working well into age 80.
