ILLEGAL EMPLOYMENT QUESTION

Please do something against employers for asking this illegal question on their online employment application:
"Have you participated in a lawsuit or filed a lawsuit?"

This question should be illegal. All California, local and federal laws protect citizens and those authorized to work, so when employers ask that question they are seeking to retaliate against those that have witnessed and reported "discrimination", "worker's compensation" or "sexual harassment" in a lawsuit, or was "wrongfully terminated due to reporting "a safety hazard and filed", or "wrongfully terminated for reporting a worker's compensation injury and filed", or took someone to "small claims court", or participated in helping an employee with a "restraining order", or "filed for age, wage, gender discrimination", or was "a victim" of careless management practices etc...

For employers to ask this on their online employment application is wrong, unjust, retaliation and uncivil! Please, spread the word and do something to protect those that are exercising their protected rights from harmful employers as earliest as possible, especially during times like these when unemployment is high. Thank you so much for your attention to this serious matter.
