JAMES F. CARMICHAEL

  As some owner know Mr. Carmichael has been aweful to children for years.  Calling the police, chasing them, cussing at them, taking pictures and harrassing them.  Sunday June 1st it all came to a head and Mr. Carmichael was caught vandalizing another homeowners car with spray paint.  A few minutes later the son of this owner was walking toward his house when Mr. Carmichael fired a gun shot.  This is a dangerous man to have in a neighborhood full of children.  We would like him to leave the community for the safety of everyone.
