Making Schools go Green.

Lets face it, the planet is suffering right now, and we all know it. But, luckily there are ways that we, the people, can stop and save it! Too bad nobody is taking in the consideration of what could happen if we don't. Some schools are going green, I know this. But heres the thing, how many schools are actually sticking to it? I mean keeping the recycling bins or using less energy or little things like that? You tell me. I know for a fact my school is not. I attend Cocke County High School located in Newport, Tennessee. We do have recycling bins but almost none of the teachers encourage our student body to use them. God knows that we have the vending machines. So many things including plastic, paper, and bottles get thrown away everyday when they could very well be recycled. And, teachers could turn off the lights on very sunny days, every classroom has windows. So many things could be done or changed and nobody is doing it! I'm sorry, but as you can see, I'm an eco freak. So sign this,and I will show this to the school!
