Reduce the speed of all boats by half so the turtles live

Turtles has been washed up  on shores around the bay islands australia  tutles have been found missing fins and suffuring and dead  on the beaches after car barges,boats ,police barges , passagers boats go past we must reduce there speed and save our turtles and other sea life.please sign this petition  and ill do the best i can
