Step on Torture

This petition is made by Samreen and Vanessa. We are students in CAN who had an assignment to create a PSA against torture. Then we were so touched by the whole TORTURE thing that we had to take it to the next level and create this petition to show our passion. This petition is also to see how many people are against torture all over the world. We believe that torture is not right be it on a criminal or an innocent person. Torture is wrong and will not give any answers, it only brings pain and pain only. Sign our petition today and we'll see what change we can make in the world....
Recently, we found PROOF that there has been torture going on to innocents for no reason at all.
In February 2010, a man named Dustin LaFortune of Calgary had been abducted and in Mid-April, he was found dragging himself to a hospital. Dustin was severely beaten and tortured and he has barely any memory of what had happened to him, all he knows is that it happened. He did say that his former roommate had assaulted him, but that's asides from the point that HE WAS TORTURED IN THE 21st CENTURY! If that's not messed up, I'm not sure what is. Guys! This happened in CANADA. Who knew that inhuman acts like this could swarm the minds of Canadians.. we aren't supposed to be like that. Torture is still existing today and we were ABOVE shocked to read the article that we read.
