Taking a Step to End Domestic Violence

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  We beseech a new safeguard be implemented in regard to repeat domestic violence offender.  Anyone convicted of domestic violence three time (Be it three different people or three time to the same person) these persons must register like sex offenders.  This simple step may have save my friend who died of blunt force trauma to the head.  She was not his first victim.  Had there been a place to check to see if he was a repeat offender she may still be here.  We hope this October brings about change in domestic violence laws we can believe in. Laws that truly have the power to change peoples lives and lower the over all number of domestic violence cases and deaths.
