Make a popular Lottery with previous extraction

It would be nice to have a Lottery where the numbers would be already there during the game (hidden behind curtains). Psychics could then guess the numbers or people could dream about them or about pages where that dreams figure in their dictionary of dreams.
The numbers would be determined during the time allowed for playing, so would not really guessing the future but the present, that would be hidden behind curtains to all humans.
