dear President Bush, I am writing  on the behalf of richard caparella to be freed he is in the federal penn in  beaumont texas, he did not get a fair trial, , a witness told a cop  the face looked  familiar . he has spent 14 yrs of his life in federal penn lost his wife due to heart conditions and lost his most beloved brother, he has his father left, and he is 85 yrs old please re consider richard caparella's time  he is in for bank robbbery his trial was not fair at all, thrown in prison,by saying that his  face looked  familiar  of this crime convicted of  does not distinguish reality , I believe him when he tells me that he is innocent, we talk on a regular basis he is my friend . please free him  to go home 20 yrs is to harsh for just saying that his face looked familiar thank you for your time considered in this matter sincerly victoria
