Stop this cruelty towards little birds!

Everyday, at pagodas, we can see many people hanging cages full of little birds. These people will sell these birds to others, who want to set the birds free, to get the money. However, the great ideal of "setting animals caught free" of Buddhism is destroyed by these people. Buddhism never teaches people to "save animals" this way!
Birds are caught, the sellers break their wings so that the birds can not fly when they are set free by the buyers, these birds will die, or be prays for dogs or cats, or  the sellers will catch these birds again to sell to another people.
People continue to buy birds, thinking that they are doing good things, good karmas because they can save the lives of little birds. But they never know, this just only make more and more people catch the birds, broke their wings to sell. And who get suffer? The innocent birds.

Hopefully that people will understand this, that they are killing birds, not saving them.

Please tell the world to stop this!
