I have Constitutional Rights that are being stepped on every single day?

How can the Government authorize a twenty year surveillance without a crime.

I am under a government surveillance.  Why don't these agents knock on the door when I'm in the apartment.  No, they rigged and fix up my apt so that they can come in and search when I'm not there.

They have used their influence to keep me out of decent housing.

I have been to Fed.Court in New York about this and the judge say he don't have to answer my questions.

Is there any Lawyer that can help me?
