Tell Congress That Pizza Is NOT A Vegetable

Tomato sauce on pizza is a vegetable, says Congress;  GOP says healthier school lunches are too expensive.
That's why I created a petition to The United States House of Representatives, The United States Senate and President Barack Obama, which says:
How do we allow this to be happening in our schools? In these days, where obesity is a growing epidemic in school-aged children, how can we allow lobbyists influence what's being served to our children? How did we let this fly under our radar? We, as parents and educators, have come far in teaching our kids about nutrition and steering them to making better food choices. The GOP is saying that healthier school lunches are too expensive but we know there is nothing more important than the health of our children. We need to tell Congress to rethink their priorities and do what’s best for our children – not for the salt industry and potato growers’ pockets.
