Demands that Businesses display a carbon footprint when selling their their product!

All across the country, students are going on strike to get the government to intervene on Climate Change. But we all know governments are inefficient and slow to take action. The real root cause of many of the greenhouse gas emissions are unscrupulous businesses and to achieve the fastest result we need to target them directly. The rise of consumerism means that businesses are willing to take risks with our environment and our planet to get prices as low as possible. But in the business world, consumer is king. And that means if consumers are environmentally conscious and have access to carbon emissions data, businesses will be forced to reform their practices or face a consumer backlash. So, please sign this petition; make MP's legislate this idea into law and give ordinary people the power to decide the future of our planet.
