Self defense shouldn’t warrant a life sentence!

In January of 1997 Toni Boo was 19 years old,a mother of 3,and 6 months pregnant when she and her mother confronted one of the girls who attacked her sister. This young woman became combative again and stabbed Tjianna “Toni Boo” Kelley in the leg and Toni Boo defended herself by firing one shot that killed the young woman. This tragic incident led to Toni Boo receiving a life sentence where she has been serving since this tragedy.Tjianna “Toni Boo” Kelly is not and was not a cold blooded killer,situations and circumstances led to this tragedy yet she accepts full responsibility for what happened. Now we’re asking for a second chance for Toni Boo because she has honestly changed and our community can benefit from her. Under new law a second chance can be awarded to her by District Attorney Stewart yet we need your help to gain his attention. Please help us win the attention of Mr Stewart by signing this petition.
