Safety of our children

There is one way in and one way out of our subdivision and that is Dawn Heights Dr. There are currently no less than 35 registered sex offenders registered as living on Dawn Heights Dr. Our children have to catch the school bus at Dawn Heights and Hade Dr N. There have been reports of our children being harassed while waiting for the buses. We would like to have the bus stop moved 1 block,4 houses, to Hade Dr N and Christy Lane. This would eliminate the need for the sex offenders to pass our children while they wait for their buses. There is a stop sign at Christy and Hade Dr N so the bus has to stop there as it is, but our children cannot get on or off the bus there at the present. The safety of our children must always be a priority.
