End Cigarettes on Public Sidewalks Downtown Le Mars

What started with a beautiful walk down Central Ave with my dog in Le Mars, Iowa ended once I reached downtown. You are unable to walk down sidewalks without stepping on littered cigarettes, or worrying if you dog is going to eat poisonous, arsenic filled cigarette debris. Furthermore, not to mention it is against Iowa Smoke Free Air Act to smoke on public sidewalk that leads to a business. We as a community deserve to have clean sidewalks and clean air to enjoy are downtown with our friends and family. Please join this petition to help support clean air and sidewalks to preserve our downtown in Le Mars.
