Long Term Guardianship

I am petitioning the court for longterm guardianship of my neice Madison Norton.  Madison was born October 5, 2012 to my neice Renessa Norton who has from the time she learned of her pregnancy that she was unable and unwilling to keep the child and take care of her.  I am Madison's great aunt and I desire that Madison be placed with me so that I can take care of her.
