Help to stop using fossil fuels

Hello everyone and welcome to this initiation to start change in this  world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     My name is Philip Gallant I live In Halifax NS Canada. I am a current user of crude oil for heating my home and occasionally transportation and I am getting sick of it. After surfing the internet for an hour and finding all the available technology for alternate energy, which is 100 times more efficient than any combustion engine and as an investment way cheaper than oil, the best thing about it is that we won't be polluting our atmosphere 24/7. We are strong human beings but I think we have put up with this undercover poisoning for long enough and I'm also tired of my country invading other countries for this ancient resource. So I've decided to conduct a petition/survey to help pressure those in control of the use of our money to invest in alternate energy.

   So here is my question : If the technology was available to completely replace our current fossil fuel driven machines would you be willing to put the work in to replacing all of the Infastructure and old technology with new clean renewable energy?
