With greatest consideration, in a step towards restoring the power to the people, I propose a law that allows the public to vote pro or con on any law that is passed or rejected, especially but not limited to hot topics of controversy. It would allow much more reasonable reassurance that the people were in control, furthermore I propose voter limitations, where by means voters must be educated on the topic in order to endorse or reject the proposed law.

Educated means- A reasonable test must be presented and passed in order for the participant to participate. Real world events and facts must be covered.

How it works, the law goes to the senate, if it is shot down it goes to the people, where at this time they vote on it, never the less, if it is to pass it goes directly to the house. If the house passes or rejects it, it goes to the people for final confirmation. If they confirm it, the document is written into law, if it however is denied it goes in the garbage or is re-modified to win the acceptance of the people.

Benefits of this law-
Rids or eases political corruption
Stimulates the economy
Gets America involved
Reflects the rights of the people
eliminates taxation without representation

You might be interested to know that, the President of the United States of America has no vote to endorse or deny an amendment. He may add his opinion, but only this and nothing more.
