Dear Mr. Kasten,
We the undersigned all want Frank Howard hired in some capacity. He is the All-Time Washington Baseball single season home run champion (48 homeruns) and career home runs leader. Hondo still holds a Major League record that even the steroid boys couldn't break of 10 home runs in 20 at bats over 6 games. Frank has been a goodwill ambassador to baseball for 50 years. It is only right that in his 50th year in basball he should come home where he has always belonged. Thank you for taking the time to read the petition and we look forward to your postive response.
