A cry to legalize Prostitution and add Mandated Testing to Prostitutes in the USA

I hope you will take the time out of your day to read a cause I care so much about and that is Legalizing Prostitution while mandating testing of the Prostitutes ( male or female). You may ask how would we know if they have been tested. Simple. Each person would have to register with the state or United states and be put into a data base for records purposes. Each prostitute would have to go through a 5 hour STD/hiv/aids Class tought by a Local AIM clinic official. This would have to be done every year.   Each Prostitute would be required to Carry 1. A card to prove they are registered with the state/government as a licensed Prostitute 2. A card to prove they have completed there 5 hours of training. 3. a card to prove they have gotten tested for std's in the past 2 weeks and hiv/aids in the past month.

Prostitutes would have to pay taxes as a independent contractors.

You may ask why i want to make prostitution legalized.

1. To stop underage human trafficing.
2. To stop The crimes against prostitutes. Many men see them as easy targets because they are to affraid to call the police in fear they them selfs will be arrested because they are a illigal prostitute.So these clients will rapes,steal,assult or maybe even kill these prostitutes because they know they can get away un punished.
3. To cut down on the std's/hiv/aids in the sexual industry and to also educate those who have had no education on this subject matter and are putting them self at high risk and the risk of there client.
4.To be able to pay taxes. Most girls or men who are prostitues can not show proof of income because they are not able to file taxes so they are left with out able to buy autos, rent apartments, open checking account and some times not able to get another job.
5. I would like to legalize prostution so they are able to get health care for them self and there family. There is no reason why a person in the USA should not be able to receve health care.


What I would also like to be signed into this law is Street walking should not Be added to the legalization. I do not believe public advertising of sexual acts where children can see what is going on is safe or moral.

Tougher fines and Jail time for pimps. Currently is is a Class A. Mister. I think This should be moved to Human Trafficking and slavery.  Punishable by 10 Years in Jail and $500,000 in fines.


Police-

Police at any time will be allowed to ask you for you 3 cards. If these are not provided or you are not in the systems will be Punishable by up to 1 Year in jail and a Fine of $10,000. For street walking same fees and jail time Plus up to 2 years in Jail and $20,000 fine.


Brothels-

Brothels should be conducted in the same manor as those legal in NV.  and be put in designated areas out side city limits.

 We would like to pass this petition in order to start with local Government then send it upwards to the house and senet then finally to President Barack Obama.
