I propose that in order for our President, Barack Obama, to proceed with his mission as President of the United States of America, in an effort to make decisions in behalf of the People who elected Him, that all decisions including mis-takes of the past 12 years of the Bush Administration, including the planting of younger Supreme Court members who have have an agenda of a previous Administration be delivered to a review and inquiry of the Powers that Be in an effort that the current President choose his own Justice Department.
The Powers that be in this instance are the People of the United States of America as with any and all officials who who represent the People.
This country is based on a checks and balances theory between, the Presidency, the Justice Department and the Congress/Senate.
To untie the hands of our current President, I propose total and complete investigation of current Supreme Court Justices, their families, their ties, etc. in the same way anyone holding an office of power in the United States of America is scrutinized.
