Charge Tea Party/GOP/Koch Brothers With Domestic Terrorism Via Patriot Act

The people of the United States hereby state and affirm that they believe that Tea Party/GOP and the Koch Brother's, who have engaged in a prolonged campaign to undermine democracy by and through their millions of dollars of support and providing "Talking Points" for these "soldiers" of their fascist agenda and phony "Think Tanks" that reflect their corporate agenda are guilty of sedition at the least, and their ringleaders may and probably are guilty of treason in the highest degree.
We believe that the Tea Party/GOP Obstructionism as it pertained to the Debt Ceiling Crisis was not politics but in fact was nothing more than blackmail and extortion, both of which are felonies in their individual states and under applicable U.S. federal statutes. We further state and affirm that their treasonous behavior resulted in the loss of tens of billions of dollars of citizens of the United States whom had Wall Street interests and citizens of the global community whom had investments on Wall Street and resulted in the further decay of the United States and global economies.
The Koch Brother, who helped to found the Tea Party, have been waging a war against environmental protections, unions, funding legislation for Voter Suppression, and other anti-democratic processes for decades by and through their various agents who are systematically lied to and fed propaganda that is directly written to undermine the health and security of the people of the United States. SEC. 802. DEFINITION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM.Economic Terrorism is a "Weapon of Mass Destruction" when it affects the majority of the U.S. population and the global community as a whole. The Patriot Act also covers the Koch Brothers in that they supplied material financial support to these terrorists and in fact supplied them with talking points as well as engaging in overt acts of attempting voter suppression in several states via their financial support of those issues.`(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
`(B) appear to be intended--
