displaced injured postal employees

the usps has implemented a plan called the NRP (National Reacessment Process) which unilaterally goes over every postal employee whom has had an on the job injury, tells them no work is available for them and systematically forces them out the door on comp or worse ;disregarding all their rightsand earned benefits.
