Do Not Expel Alexandra Wallace - Protect Freedom of Speech!

On behalf of all those who support our constitutional Freedom of Speech, we insist that Alexandra Wallace be allowed to remain a student at the University of California, Los Angeles. While her actions and words are offensive, the fact remains that expelling her will only serve to stifle American voices, to perpetuate censorship, and to further undermine the efforts of our ancestors who fought for our freedoms and our independence. All people should feel free to express themselves, even in a public forum, without fear of punishment or retribution.
Do not expel Alexandra Wallace. Do not censor.
Protect Freedom for All.
We the undersigned, seek to protect the constitutional rights of Alexandra Wallace, by calling for her right to remain a student at the University of California, Los Angeles. We insist that Ms Wallace suffer no collegiate consequences for her actions and that she be allowed all the protections and rights that come with her status as an American citizen. We also insist that the University extend to her protection from any violence or threats that may come her way.
Let it be known that we do not condone her actions in any way. Many of us, including the petition creator, are appalled by her statements. We simply demand that Freedom of Speech be respected and that a University campus should remain a censorship free zone.
